The approval queue

What the queue is

The Queue tab opens on the drafts waiting on you, under the heading "Waiting on you". Each card is one message the product has drafted, with the reason for its tone and anything else worth knowing before you decide, such as when the person last wrote to you. Nothing on a card is sent until it has been authorised.

Who can decide

An owner can decide any draft. A member can decide drafts from a job the owner has given them Approve on; see team members and permissions. If you do not have that permission, the buttons are disabled and the card says why. Your operator can see the queue but cannot approve or reject anything.

Reviewing and editing a draft

Read the draft on the card. To change it, choose Edit draft, make your changes in the text box, and choose Done editing. What you approve is what is sent.

Edited items are marked edited in your done trail, which keeps both what was drafted and what you sent, so the record shows exactly what the AI wrote and exactly what went out.

You can also choose Ask for a revision, describe what should change (for example "make this firmer"), and choose Rewrite draft. The rewritten draft replaces the text on the card and still waits for your decision.

Approving

Choose Approve and send. The card leaves the queue and the decision is recorded in your done trail: who approved it, when, and the draft as it stood.

If the job has a sending window and you approve outside it, the message waits for the window to open and the card offers Send now if you would rather not wait.

While your account has not yet been taken live, approving records the decision but delivery is switched off, so nothing reaches anyone.

Rejecting

Choose Reject, add a reason if you like, and choose Confirm reject. The draft is not sent. Rejecting is a normal outcome, recorded like an approval.

Not now

If you want to come back to a draft later, choose Not now and pick Tomorrow, In 3 days or Next week. Nothing is sent and nothing is decided; the draft stays in your queue. When the time comes it moves back out of Snoozed with one notification, then waits quietly. Choose Wake now to bring it back sooner.

Approving several at once

Tick the box on each draft you have read, then choose Approve selected at the top of the queue. You can select up to your business's limit at a time, ten unless it has been changed, and the queue states the limit under the list. There is no select-all: each draft is ticked by hand, because each one is meant to be read before it goes out. Snoozed drafts cannot be selected.

The limit is checked by the server, not only by the page. Your operator can lower it on their own. To raise it, the operator can only propose a new number: the queue shows the proposal, and it changes nothing until the owner chooses to agree to it.

Waiting is never a decision

A draft nobody answers is never sent for you. Reminders about it may get louder, but a reminder cannot approve anything.
